These terms and conditions along with our privacy policy govern Ayimaa Aesthetics relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Ayimaa Aesthetics” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website, whose registered office is available on request. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

AYIMAA AESTHETICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO ALSO REVIEW THEM AS NECESSARY. CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ON PUBLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE, BOOKING SYSTEM AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling

Please ensure that you read our policy in full before making an appointment.

  • Bookings are made on a first-come-first served basis.

  • To book an appointment, we require the following booking fees/deposit: a.All treatments require a booking fee of £70.00 which is redeemable from the final treatment price. For treatments where the total treatment value exceeds £250 a 50% booking fee is required. b.All consultations are £50.00 and must be paid in full. Consultation fees are redeemable against the total treatment cost following an appointment booked within one month from the date of your consultation. c.All treatment courses require payment in full and must be redeemed within six months from date of purchase.

  • A booking will not be held for you without a paid booking fee.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until a booking fee has been made and written confirmation has been sent. This will be sent via email from our booking system.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable under no circumstances.

  • If you have paid for a consultation or treatment, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be advice and information that you are unsuitable for treatment. If this is the outcome you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee. If you have paid for a treatment in full this will be refunded to you minus the booking fee.

  • Cancellation of an appointment with less than 48 hours prior notice will result in the full booking fee being lost. In such circumstances you will need to pay another booking fee in order to book a new appointment. If you have paid the full treatment amount prior to your appointment, the remaining cost (minus the booking fee) will be refunded to you.

  • If you cancel an appointment outside of the 48 hour window and would like to reschedule it is your responsibility to schedule another appointment which must be had within one month from the original appointment; this can be done via your original email booking confirmation.

  • We allow for one appointment change free of charge which must be booked within one month of your original appointment date. Any additional appointment changes will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

  • If you no show your appointment you will automatically be banned from making any appointments in the future.

Lateness

  • Late arrivals may not receive treatment; we will always do our best to provide full treatments but we cannot keep other clients waiting.

  • You should contact Ayimaa Aesthetics if you are running late for an appointment. We aim to give a 15 minute grace period. You will not be seen if you are more than 15 minutes late.

General Appointment Guidance

  • In the lead up to your appointment you will be sent pre treatment consultation forms. It is your responsiblity to fill these forms out in full in a timely manner to ensure that: a) pre treatment advice can be provided to you where relevant and b) to ensure that you are medically suitable for the treatment you have booked in. Failure to complete forms within a week prior to your appointment may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee being forefeited.

  • It is important that you provide all medical history asked of you. Ayimaa Aesthetics will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information, or failure to follow instructions from our staff.

  • For any treatments, you should not consume excessive alcohol 48 hours before or after your appointment. If you have consumed alcohol you must alert us as it may not be safe or recommended to proceed with your treatment.

  • Full payment of services will be requested on completion of treatment. Ayimaa Aesthetics only accepts cash and card payment. In the event of collection enforcement, you shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, legal costs, court costs, and collection agency fees.

  • Prices and the nature of the services we offer can change without prior notice.

  • Requests for a refund due to, but not limited to: any complications that arise from not following pre/post-treatment advice, change of mind, failure to listen to what was discussed during the consultation or agreed to in the consent form - will not be fulfilled, unless agreed at the discretion of the Director of Ayimaa Aesthetics.

Visiting the Clinic

  • Ayimaa Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for children in our clinic, we therefore politely request that you refrain from bringing children with you for health and safety reasons. We also request that you do not bring any guests to your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please arrive at your appointment makeup free and where this is not possible please ensure that only light makeup is worn to your appointment.

  • The clinic can run behind schedule and for this reason, we ask that you do not make plans within 1-hour post-treatment. Our staff will take the necessary time to provide comprehensive care and attention to every patient. Sometimes in complex cases, this can result in clinic delays. If the clinic is running late you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your booking fee. In the unlikely event that clinic days are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking fee will be transferred to another appointment.
