AYIMAA AESTHETICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO ALSO REVIEW THEM AS NECESSARY. CHANGES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ON PUBLICATION ON OUR WEBSITE, BOOKING SYSTEM AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

Please ensure that you read our policy in full before making an appointment. By choosing to book with Ayimaa Aesthetics, you agree to comply with all of our terms and conditions, as well as our policies.

Bookings, cancellation and rescheduling:

• Bookings are made on a first-come-first served basis.

• To book an appointment, we require the following booking fees/deposit: a.All treatments require a booking fee of £70.00 which is redeemable from the final treatment price. For treatments where the total treatment value exceeds £250 a 50% booking fee is required. b.All consultations are £50.00 and must be paid in full. Consultation fees are redeemable against the total treatment cost following an appointment booked within one month from the date of your consultation. c.All treatment courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Treatments must be redeemed within six months from the date of purchase. It is the patient's responsibility to schedule and arrange each treatment by contacting Ayimaa Aesthetics. All Ayimaa Aesthetics terms and conditions regarding lateness, rescheduling, and cancellations apply. If an appointment is missed due to lateness, late cancellations, or no-show, the missed individual treatment from the course will be automatically forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or redeemed at a later date.

• A booking will not be held for you without a paid booking fee.

• Bookings are not confirmed until a booking fee has been made and written confirmation has been sent. This will be sent via email from our booking system.

• Booking fees are non-refundable under no circumstances.

• If you have paid for a consultation or treatment, please be aware that the outcome of the consultation may be advice and information that you are unsuitable for treatment. If this is the outcome you will not be entitled to a refund of your booking fee. In such circumstances where you have paid for a treatment in full this will be refunded to you minus the booking fee/deposit.

• Cancellation of an appointment with less than 48 hours prior notice will result in the full booking fee being lost. In such circumstances you will need to pay another booking fee in order to book a new appointment. If you have paid the full treatment amount prior to your appointment, the remaining cost (minus the booking fee) will be refunded to you.

• If you cancel an appointment outside of the 48 hour window and would like to reschedule it is your responsibility to schedule another appointment which must be had within one month from the original appointment; this can be completed via your original email booking confirmation.

• We allow for one appointment change free of charge which must be booked within one month of your original appointment date. Any additional appointment changes will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

• If you no show your appointment with no communication that you will not be attending you will automatically be banned from making any appointments in the future.

Refunds:

• Requests for a refund due to, but not limited to: any complications that arise from not following pre/post-treatment advice, change of mind, failure to listen to what was discussed during the consultation or agreed to in the consent form - will not be fulfilled, unless agreed at the discretion of the Director of Ayimaa Aesthetics.

• In exceptional circumstances, Ayimaa Aesthetics may offer a partial refund to mitigate financial loss to the business. Such refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. The decision to issue a partial refund is entirely at the discretion of Ayimaa Aesthetics and will consider factors such as the nature of the request and the circumstances.

• Any treatments purchased at a discounted rate, for content days, or at Ayimaa Aesthetics events are non-refundable.

• If your appointment is cancelled due to abusive behavior, you will not be entitled to a refund for any payments made. This includes deposits, pre-payments, or full payments for treatments.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment to help avoid disrupting others' scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may not receive treatment; we will always do our best to provide full treatments but we cannot keep other clients waiting.

• You should contact Ayimaa Aesthetics if you are running late for an appointment. We aim to give a 15 minute grace period. You will not be seen if you are more than 15 minutes late. Please note that appointments missed due to lateness will result in the loss of your booking fee.

• In the lead up to your appointment you will be sent pre treatment consultation forms. It is your responsiblity to fill these forms out in full in a timely manner to ensure that: a) pre treatment advice can be provided to you where relevant and b) to ensure that you are medically suitable for the treatment you have booked in. Failure to complete forms within a week prior to your appointment may result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee being forefeited.

• It is important that you provide all medical history asked of you. Ayimaa Aesthetics will not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of withheld information, or failure to follow instructions from our staff.

• For any treatments, you should not consume excessive alcohol 48 hours before or after your appointment. If you have consumed alcohol you must alert us as it may not be safe or recommended to proceed with your treatment.

• Complaints & Queries: Should you have any further queries or in the unlikely event of you making a complaint, please send an email to ayimaa.aesthetics@gmail.com

• Ayimaa Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for children in our clinic, we therefore politely request that you refrain from bringing children with you for health and safety reasons. We also request that you do not bring any guests to your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

• Please arrive at your appointment makeup free and where this is not possible please ensure that only light makeup is worn to your appointment.

• The clinic can run behind schedule and for this reason, we ask that you do not make plans within 1-hour post-treatment. Our staff will take the necessary time to provide comprehensive care and attention to every patient. Sometimes in complex cases, this can result in clinic delays. If the clinic is running late you will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your booking fee. In the unlikely event that clinic days are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking fee will be transferred to another appointment.

• We regret to inform you that we do not have step-free access or lift facilities at any of our locations. However, we are committed to ensuring all clients feel welcome and supported. If you require assistance, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and help make your visit as accessible as possible.

• Full payment of services will be requested on completion of treatment. Ayimaa Aesthetics only accepts cash and card payment. In the event of collection enforcement, you shall be liable for any costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, legal costs, court costs, and collection agency fees.

• At Ayimaa Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all our clients and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse: a)Any form of abusive behavior, whether verbal or physical, directed towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, shouting, offensive language, threats, written messages or any physical aggression. b) In the event of abusive behavior, Ayimaa Aesthetics reserves the right to immediately cancel your appointment. The appointment will not be rescheduled, and the client will be asked to leave the premises. c) Clients who engage in abusive behavior will be permanently blocked from booking any future treatments with Ayimaa Aesthetics. This measure is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients. If your appointment is cancelled due to abusive behavior, you will not be entitled to a refund for any payments made. This includes deposits, pre-payments, or full payments for treatments. By booking an appointment with Ayimaa Aesthetics, you agree to this policy. This policy is in accordance with UK laws governing business practices and customer behavior. Ayimaa Aesthetics reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary to protect its staff and clients from abusive behavior.
